Organisational Consulting · Transformation · Executive Coaching
Organisations rarely fail because of bad strategies. They fail because of what is not said, not felt, not understood. I work at the intersection of structure and emotion — making visible what truly drives systems forward.

Our Services
Organisational consulting, transformation and coaching are not separate products for me. They are three approaches to the same question: How do the patterns that limit a system emerge — and how can they be changed sustainably?
Organisational Consulting
I help organisations recognise their own patterns — the emotional, structural and communicative dynamics that shape decisions, stabilise conflicts and prevent change. This is not classical process consulting. It is work on the deep structure.
Digital Transformation
Digital transformation is in most cases not a technical problem but an emotional one. I guide organisations through technological and cultural change — focusing on what truly holds things back: fear, loss of status, unresolved power dynamics.
From Practice "We deployed the best system available. Nobody uses it." — A contact centre had a new platform live after 18 months, with an adoption rate below 30%. The technical system worked. The problem: the rollout never explained what would happen to employees' existing expertise. The implicit message was devaluation. Through targeted work on narrative and leadership behaviour, the adoption rate rose to over 80% within two months.
Executive Coaching & Leadership
My coaching approach combines systemic thinking, behavioural therapy and philosophical depth. I work with leaders who are prepared to take themselves seriously as the most important leadership instrument — with all that this entails.
From Practice "I'm actually very good at what I do. So why aren't my people coming with me?" — A technology sector executive, analytically brilliant, was gradually losing the trust of their team. The coaching revealed: the strength of complex thinking had become a practice that never allowed others' uncertainty to surface.
Agentic Organisations
AI agents are not tools. They are new members of organisations — with their own logic, their own response patterns, their own implicit culture.
From Practice "The agent does everything right — and yet employees don't trust it." — A company had integrated AI agents into its customer process, technically flawless. Acceptance remained low. Through targeted prompt adaptation to the company culture, internal acceptance rose significantly.
About me
I am an organisational consultant, transformation guide and executive coach. But what truly interests me is a single question: Why do organisations do what they do — even when it harms them?
I developed my answer over 17 years of management experience — from start-up to board level, from Paris to Vienna, across technology, infrastructure and public-sector environments. And I sharpened it further through what most consultants don't bring: a psychotherapeutic education.
I work exclusively on a referral basis, in small mandates, with high intensity.
